What this session will cover
Looking ahead, this event will discuss the education and training needs of future ADR practitioners, particularly in terms of the (i) new, smaller, flatter and faster global dispute resolution landscape in which we find ourselves, (ii) the growth of new technologies and (iii) and how legal frameworks are likely to adapt to these. It will discuss the career prospects for ADR practitioners, future emerging legal skills and new forms of learning, and how academic institutions and professional associations will have to respond or have already responded to these changes.
