What this session will cover
The courts of England and Wales have long been the go to forum for cross border insolvencies. Can this pre-eminence survive the current political thunderclouds? Will English insolvency proceedings and judgments continue to be recognised abroad and how will the Courts deal with orders obtained overseas? We will assess the future for international insolvency disputes in this jurisdiction no matter what the outcome of the Brexit process.
Information regarding the session, including the speakers, will be added to this page in due course.
