What this session will cover

The panel will discuss what companies, law firms and chambers are putting in place to create a happier and safer work life-balance and the importance of doing so.

Does work get in the way of life, or does life get in the way of work? Whatever your thoughts, it is important that mental health, well-being and work-life balance are considered in a working environment. The panel will discuss what steps they have put in place for their team to help create a positive work space, why it is important and from both an individual and business perspective, the importance of doing so.

Moderated by David Smith, Head of Business Development at SOCOTEC Advisory, the panel will consist of Yolanda Walker, Partner and Head of construction disputes UK and Ireland at DWF, Caroline Turner-Inskip, Partner and Global Head of Wellbeing at Simmons & Simmons, Ebony Alleyne,  Barrister at Gatehouse Chambers, Graham Smith, founder of Aurora Life Coaching specialising in the legal sector and Susanne Hudson, HR Director at SOCOTEC Advisory.

Location of this event is at Arundel House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG (opposite Temple underground station).
