Four speakers will offer diverse perspectives on international arbitration and commercial litigation, highlighting potential improvements by drawing on insights from each field.

On the legal side, Neil Newing will share his expertise as counsel in international arbitrations, while Dan Spendlove will provide valuable insights from his experience in high-value commercial litigation. From the economic and financial perspective, Julian Delamer will discuss his role as a quantum expert in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, while Yvette Austin will offer strategic insights from serving as an expert in global litigations and commercial arbitrations.
