A legal and expert discussion probing the use(s) of AI models to support and/or evidence claims.
The panel will feature lawyers and experts with collective experience in AI, economic and statistical analysis and group litigation to discuss the possible use of AI models to bridge evidential gaps. The discussion will probe how AI models may be used in evidence in civil litigation, the benefits and potential pitfalls, with a focus on how to respond if presented with such evidence by an opponent.
