What this session will cover

This expert panel will discuss how issues of fraud and corruption arise in arbitrations involving states, including commercial proceedings and BIT arbitrations under a bilateral investment treaty. Together they will discuss recent cases, problems of establishing fraud and corruption in an arbitration setting and working around an arbitration using parallel civil and criminal proceedings.
