Join us for a lively debate on the impact of Restructuring Plans 5 on from their introduction. The expert panel will draw on their experiences over the last 5 years including the Restructuring Plans they’ve been involved in such as Cineworld and Madagascar Oil.

The session will consider how Restructuring Plans have matured over the 5 years since their introduction, including current trends and what has changed from the earliest plans.  We will also look ahead to the next 5 years and discuss increased case management and the approach of creditors when challenging a proposed plan.
