- the key drivers of commercial disputes on traditional renewable energy projects – technology failures, under-performance, delay and cost increases;
- the types of claims likely to arise on emerging renewables projects – including hydrogen disputes, disputes arising out of the repowering of ageing renewables infrastructure and the enhancement of fossil-fuel fired and/or traditional renewable energy sources to incorporate battery storage and carbon capture technology;
