What this session will cover
This will be an interactive case study in a high stakes scenario involving whistleblowing allegations against senior individuals.
The speakers will explore issues of business protection strategy during and after an exit including confidential information, restrictive covenants, injunctive relief in the High Court, interim relief in the Employment Tribunal, anonymity, managing high profile comms, PR and regulatory risk.
