London has seen many high profile and complex disputes with parties from Kazakhstan and other Central Asian states over recent years. Our panels will review the latest and most high-profile disputes to understand the latest trends and biggest issues for such disputes.

keynote presentation will be provided by Lord Burnett, former Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales and current Chief Justice of the AIFC Court.

Two expert panel discussions will then focus on Kazakhstan, and the wider Central Asian region.

Our keynote and panel discussions will be followed by Q&A before a traditional Central Asian networking lunch.
