What this session will cover
A panel exploring how ISDS can evolve to ensure that investors and states can prevent and resolve the disputes of the future. The panel will feature representatives from private practice and states, as well as arbitrators, to provide a variety of viewpoints on how ISDS can help companies and states respond to global risks including climate change, AI and other potential areas of future disputes.
