This session will focus on the impacts of new parties, projects, contracts and laws on Saudi giga projects, the typical claims and disputes issues arising and the mechanisms being explored or adopted by parties to seek to efficiently resolve those disputes. Following a keynote introduction by Dr. Hamed Merah (CEO of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration), the panel discussion will explore:

  • the development of the construction disputes landscape in the Kingdom.
