What this session will cover
Consumers are demanding faster arbitration: this session will discuss, from the perspective of the Tribunal, ideas as to how efficiency could be improved.
Please join us from 8.30am for a networking breakfast, followed by a lively panel discussion, from 9am, of how the arbitration process could be made more efficient. The panel will propose, from the Tribunal’s perspective, ideas of contributions that could be made by each set of players involved in the process – institutions, parties, counsel and arbitrators.
