With the number of funded group claims rocketing, the difference of view between lawyers representing the Claimants and Defendants has never been starker and the divide between those in favour and those against has become a chasm. Join us, along with representatives from both the claimants’ and defendants’ sides, as we engage in a discussion on the evolution of group litigation and funding.
