What this session will cover

What is it like being a junior team member in a construction dispute? A panel of “Rising Stars” of expert witnesses, solicitors and counsel share their experiences such as their roles, working alongside senior members, responsibilities & pitfalls to avoid.

Aimed at those who are part of a team in construction disputes, the panel will provide their own thoughts and give insights into their personal experiences and anecdotal examples of life as a junior team member, whether as part of a large team in a large dispute, or a small team where individuals have a greater role. Discussions will cover roles, working with colleagues and senior team members, responsibilities and pitfalls and how to avoid them.

Moderated by Damian Waters, a lead expert from SOCOTEC Advisory, the panel members will be Ryan Turner of Atkin Chambers, Amelia Hamilton of Charles Russell Speechleys, Olivia Jenkins of Trowers & Hamlins and Joe Russell of SOCOTEC Advisory expert witness team.

Location of this event is at Arundel House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG (opposite Temple underground station).
