In this session, we will explore some of the key challenges in multi-jurisdictional litigation including:

  • Jurisdictional challenges.
  • The procedure for service of English court documents out of the jurisdiction.
  • Disclosure and the use of documents and witness statements out of the jurisdiction.
  • Anti-suit (and anti-anti-suit) injunctions.
  • Enforcement – litigating and obtaining judgment in England and enforcing elsewhere.
