What this session will cover
Our panel will share the latest innovations and trends in handling China-related disputes, including the 2024 HKIAC Arbitration Rules; with new provisions aimed at further improving procedural efficiency and reducing costs in arbitration, which innovations can be adopted in London.
Drawing on their extensive experience acting in arbitrations involving Chinese parties, our panel will share their views on the types of disputes seen in the Greater China region, the sectors from which they are arising and the innovative ways to navigate the possible challenges that can arise. We will also hear the institutional perspective from the HKIAC, which has unparallelled experience in administering disputes between Chinese and non-Chinese parties, and the HKIAC’s 2024 Administered Arbitration Rules.
The panel discussion will conclude with refreshments.
RPC, 3VB
