4 June 2025 | 09:00 - 10:30
London International Disputes Week

Speakers

  • Spaces: 80
  • Venue: Gatehouse Chambers, 1 Lady Hale Gate, Gray's Inn, London, WC1X 8BS

What this session will cover

The discussions will look at the role of the relevant actors in this field, notably tribunals, arbitral institutions, associations of arbitrators and the judiciary and who is best placed to deal with various aspects of AI use.

Just like in litigation, parties and tribunals are now facing the question how to ensure a use of AI that ensures that existing legal and procedural rules standards in international arbitrations are not eroded and if possible enhanced. The discussions will look at the role of the relevant actors in this field, notably tribunals, arbitral institutions, associations of arbitrators and the judiciary and who is best placed to deal with various aspects of AI use. We will examine the emerging rules and guidelines in this field and explore the need for further action.

Please join us for breakfast from 8am at our office: 1 Lady Hale Gate, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1X 8BS.
