The panel will open with each arbitral institution highlighting their approach to technology before exploring the new Blockchain Expedited Arbitration Rules. The panel will then go on to discuss the:

  • arbitration of technology disputes
  • role of expedited arbitration procedures
  • use of technology in arbitration
