What this session will cover
This interactive panel sessions will explore, in discussion with the audience, the practicalities of becoming a construction disputes lawyer of the future, where will you work, how will you gain the skills needed to be an effective lawyer on qualification, how will you ensure professional standard and development? All against a backdrop of the increasing importance of AI driven solutions, remote working and hearings, diversity challenges, the relevance of legal academic training and the need for a new set of skills to manage ever more digitalised evidence.
