What this session will cover
How is the rapid evolution of technology affecting the reliability of evidence in disputes? The panel discussion will consider the use of AI in producing evidence, the role of deepfakes and the ability to alter or create documentary evidence in a highly convincing way. The panel will draw on its experience to look at how the issues play out in civil and common law systems which use evidence in different ways.
