To mark the 150th anniversary of the Technology and Construction Court, we will be joined by The Hon Mr Justice Waksman for a panel session to discuss the approach of the TCC to the resolution of technology disputes – past, present, and future – and how courts will approach the resolution of disputes arising out of new forms of technology.
