    What this session will cover

This highly interactive session will explore the themes associated with shipping disputes, and the resources London offers to manage them. In particular, we will look at arbitration, litigation, and mediation from the perspective of the client, the lawyer, the arbitrator, and the judiciary.

We will take a journey through London’s past and present. We will also look into what the future holds and how London will meet the challenges it brings in order to continue to service the needs of those in the industry and  remain an attractive jurisdiction for international shipping disputes.

This session is intended to be interactive: our expert panel will answer questions submitted in advance and on the day, providing delegates with a real opportunity to hear from leaders in their field. You will be able to influence the outcome of the session by voting on the points put to you.

Further information regarding the session, including the speakers, will be added to this page in due course.
