What this session will cover

A panel discussion reflecting on the heritage of London as a leading centre for competition disputes and analysing the potential impact of Brexit.

Sir Peter Roth, President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, will give a keynote address.

The session will be moderated by Sarah Houghton (Mishcon de Reya), with panelists comprising: Nicholas Heaton (Hogan Lovells), Mark Hoskins QC (Brick Court), Andrew Hockley (Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) and Derek Spitz (One Essex Court).

Registration and catering: Registration and networking will commence at 14:30 pm, with a prompt 15:00 start to the session. A drinks reception with canapes will follow the session, between 16:30 and 17:30 pm.
